Sadly passed on 6th October at Dove House surrounded by her family.

She will be sadly missed by all
her loving family and friends.

Celebration of Jacqui's life at Bodmin Methodist Church at 2pm on Sunday 12th November.

Everyone who knew her is welcome.

No black, no flowers please.

Donations welcomed for Dove House,
