Life seems meaningless these days without you. I've tried and tried to be as you were,a gentleman with morals,decency and a sense of fair play yet today it was thrown in my face by someone who isn't fit to clean your shoes yet pertains to being a man of wisdom...cannot see what's before him,a man of Integrity..a man with blinkered vision.
I miss you and your wisdom so much and long for the day we are back at the ground together with my pal.
Know your never far from my thoughts and very soon we will be together again.

Seven years have now passed and still i think of you every day. I long for the day we are reunited old friend. I miss you more now than ever.I need your strength,wisdom and determination to carry on in this world i no longer recognise. Values and decency are all but gone.
You were the glue that kept us together and now we have all headed in different directions.
Im sad but i know the direction you gave me will see me through. I owe you everything.
See you soon old friend.
We were pals. Then and now.
Time is passing and i know ill shake your hand once more.

No words can ever caputure all that you did for me. The sacrifices you made and the lessons learned i take with me. You are and always were my hero.I pray one day we will again be pals. I miss you so much.The grace you showed in death was something i can only dream of in life. I listened hard and can only aspire to be as you were. An utter gentleman. Jeff
