JakeSEAMANPassed away unexpectedly at home on March 22nd aged 24 years. Much loved son to Cheryl and Stuart. Loving Daddy to Harley and boyfriend to Mika. Beloved brother to Sean, Emma, Connor and Megan, also brother in law to Sam, Glen, Luke, Teegan, Coby, Mason and Armani. Adored by close family members Niki and Mark. Treasured uncle to Indiah, Hallie, Mia and two baby boys due to arrive. Cherished grandson to the late Joan, Ron, Maureen and Stewart. Also a dear nephew cousin and friend to many.
Would family and friends please meet for service at the chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday April 10th at 11:00am Followed by burial in Eston Cemetery.
