Ian MalcolmSANDYIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ian Malcolm Sandy who passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on 12th June 2024, aged 78.

A proud family man, Ian was well known in both Brighouse and Huddersfield as a third generation chiropodist and co-founder of DLT Podiatry Supplies. He was always generous with his time and supportive of other practitioners and devoted over 50 years of his life to the podiatry profession both as a clinician and supplier. Ian will be greatly missed by his wife Susan and their family. Ian requested a non-attended cremation and the family have requested donations in his memory to be made directly to Ian's supported charity - Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Ian, was such a friendly, kind and humorous man, who adored his wife and family, and, who we had the privilege to call a friend, and to holiday with.

He will be greatly missed by friends, and family. RIP, Ian. from Marilyn Reader, and family. X

We were sorry to hear the sad news about Ian. It was quite a shock. We will remember Ian fondly. We particularly enjoyed our caravaning holidays together in France with the families. Ian was such a family man and always such good company with a great sense of humour. We know he will be so sadly missed by you all. With love and sympathy .Marjorie and Mike.
