Loving son of Jane and Christopher (deceased), much loved brother of Nick and David and brother in law of Terry and Lisa. Cherished uncle to his six nephews and nieces.

Family funeral service and interment to be held at Carleton Cemetery, Blackpool FY6 7QS on Thursday 7th November.

A Celebration of Tom's life will be held at St Stephen's Church Prenton CH42 8LA on Friday 8th November at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please, donations would be appreciated and can be made directly to BBC Children in Need.

So sad to hear that you have left us mate.
I will always remember you as utterly gorgeous, very funny and a clever, kind man. I will treasure many great memories of drinking and dancing the night away. It was an honour to know you. Apologies that I can't make it to the funeral. I will be thinking of you. Sally. x
