On Friday 21st June 2024
Aged 75 years
Sam will be sadly missed by his loving partner, Yvonne and friends.
The funeral service will be held at
Bretby Crematorium in the Willow Chapel at 1:45pm
on the 25th July
followed by burial at Church Gresley Cemetery at 3pm
Family flowers only please.
