Dad, what an incredible man. Apart from being a truly wonderful Dad who was always loving, attentive and supportive. He had a fierce intelligence, wisdom and wit that always made him great company.

He was also a TRUE friend, whose countless acts of selflessness will never be forgotten.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Dad, he always went above and beyond as well as going with the flow. As a result he was a calming presence in my life, offering a steady hand when the boat entered choppy waters.

Being the man he was, he passed down the values or "tools" as Dad would have said to be able to lead a well balanced life. Thanks to this, I am the father I am today because of Dad and I am sure through my actions and decisions as a father, my children Isabelle and Jack will continue what was passed down to Dad by his Dad and Mom.

I am heartbroken that he is no longer with us and will ALWAYS miss him EVERYDAY.

Dad, I love you and thank you for everything you did.

Your loving son,

Carleton
