Dearest Mother of Angie , Kerry and the late David.
Beloved Wife of the late Terry.
Much Loved Grandma and Great-Grandma
Loved and Missed always XXXX

Service shall be held at the Haltemprice Crematorium on Thursday 19th December at 12.30pm
Family flowers only please by request but donations if so desired may be left at the service in May's memory for the Cardiology department at the Castle Hill Hospital.
