Good night, and God bless Uncle Billy. Time to spend with Nan, Dad, Aunty Flo, Uncle John, Uncle Alan, and Aunty Barbara. I can imagine them all together, sharing stories and laughter. It’s comforting to know he is in the company of those he loved dearly, but everyone will miss him.

I will always remember the way you would make me laugh and smile, and the way you always went out of your way to put other people at ease and to help them have fun. This was your way of letting others know that they were loved, and each of them will treasure those memories as much as i do, for all the days of their lives.

You were as tough as old boots I will give you that, but with the warmest of hearts. A rare man indeed! The best a man can hope to be.

I thought there would be more time, i know now that i desperately wanted it...but there never is enough time!

I love you grandad, rest in peace.
