AlfredRIXAlfie (Whitley Bay) Peacefully in hospital after a long illness on August 30th, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Betty, dear dad of Dianne and Paula, father-in-law of David and Mick, a much loved grandad of Beth, Billy, Jake and Nancy, a dearly loved uncle to his family in Gosforth. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and neighbours. Friends please meet for service at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Thursday September 19th at 2.15pm. All welcome to The Briar Dene afterwards.

Hello Alf would be our 65th wedding anniversary today and 69 years since we first met.I know we had 60 wonderful years but it does not help the sadness i feel without you. I love you Alf and hope with all my heart that someday somehow we will be together again. Love you.xxxx
