Elizabeth AnneRIDLEYDied peacefully following a battle with cancer at Royal Cornwall Hospital on 26th July 2024.

Devoted mother to her nine children, beloved wife to the late Ian Christopher Ridley, grandmother to 9 grandchildren and friend to many.

Elizabeth was born and raised near Oxford before moving with Ian and three children to Cornwall and raising six more children with him there. She loved the sea and her beloved Truro where she attended Truro Cathedral and enjoyed its cafes and bustle, particularly following Ian's death in 2003. She was an artist, regularly displaying her glassware at craft fairs across Cornwall and venues such as Hall For Cornwall.

Her funeral was privately held at Truro Cathedral on 28th August.
