As a family we would like to thank everyone for the kind donations at John Richardsons funeral, raising a total of £595.68 for Katherine House Hospice xx

Well….. where do I begin…. Today has been one of the hardest but humbling days I’ve ever had to endure… saying goodbye is never easy… But being surrounded by so many dear friends and family and seeing just how many people came to pay their respects for you Gramps has really softened the blow. I’ll miss our chats (occasional debates) you really did keep us all grounded. I really hope you’re at peace now old chap and putting the world to rights with your good friends Roy and Geoff up there. It’s been an absolute pleasure to call you my Grandfather and I’m sorry for those precious years that I wasted being a stubborn sod. I hope we made up for lost time. But until we meet again…save me a seat at the gates. Goodbye, rest easy. I love you old boy 💔 love granddaughter Abbie xXx
