Patricia AnneREADIt is with great sadness that we announce that Pat, aged 83, passed away at Grosvenor Manor Care Home on Monday 16th September 2024.
Now reunited with her loving husband, Michael.
Much loved and wonderful Mum of Simon, Sarah and Kathryn. Loving Stepmother to Simon, Jeremy, Joanna and Daniel. Devoted Granny to Harry, Tom, George and Will.
Pat's warmth, kindness, friendship and good humour will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Remembered always with love.
Funeral Service to take place at Rowton Methodist Church, Moor Lane, Rowton at 2.00pm on Friday 18th October 2024 followed by a private family Committal at St James Churchyard, Christleton.
Family flowers only please but donations in Pat's memory to Parkinson's UK will be gratefully received.
