Jack JosephQUIRKESadly and tragically Jack died on 11th May 2024, aged 31 years.
Re-united with his parents John (Paddy) & Hayley,
much loved and loving brother of Maddie,
partner of Tasha and her children Gracie, Tommy and Finley,
uncle of JJ,
grandson of Tina and Richard,
nephew of Phillip, Mark, Anthony, Theresa and Becky,
cousin of Kyle, Sam, Erin, Jolie, Hollie, Cameron, Callum, Macauley,
good and loyal friend to so many.
Jack was a soon to be Daddy and he will never be forgotten.
Would family and friends please meet at St John's Church, Brigg on Tuesday 11th June 2024 at 1.30pm for service followed by a committal service at Woodland Crematorium, Scunthorpe.
Family flowers only please but donations in Jack's memory will be collected for BRAKE (The Road Safety Charity) and these can be left following the service or sent c/o
