Augustine 'John'PURNELLAugustine 'John' PURNELL Peacefully on January 24th 2025 at Morriston Hospital, John devoted husband of Jean, much loved father of Gerard, Anthony and Clare and dear father-in-law to Mark and Andria, cherished brother to Mary and late Gerard and dearly loved grandad to Harry, Elliot, Oliver, Grace, Nicholas and Sophie.
John will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He was a keen member and supporter of Mumbles Cricket Club, All Stars Cricket Team, Mumbles Rugby Club, Swansea Bowling Club, and Mumbles Croquet Club.
Funeral mass will be held at
Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church, Mumbles on Friday 21st February at 10:30am followed by interment at Oystermouth Cemetery.
