SimonePUDDEFORD(Nee Graves) Passed away peacefully in St Luke's Hospice on February 16th, after a long and determined struggle. Much loved by her daughter Lucy and Lucy's father Brian, who will hold memories forever in their hearts, full of joy and laughter. Funeral service at Weston Mill Crematorium at 3pm on Wednesday 4th March. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St Luke's Hospice, c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 61 Exeter Street.
