Ruth AnnPROKOPCZUKPassed away at home on the 22nd June 2021, aged 92 years. Ruth's family would like to thank all friends and family that were involved in the care and support given to Ruth. To the nurses, carers and all at MacMillan, a massive heart felt thank you for the care and compassion provided to Ruth and a special thank you to Pam Hickey, nurse practitioner. Your kindness and support has made a difficult time slightly more bearable. Funeral service to be held at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on the 14th July at 10:40am. Due to the current restrictions this is by invitation only. Family flowers only please.
