GeraldPRICEPRICE Gerald. It is with great sadness we announce the death at Nottingham City Hospital, of Gerry. Well known in local aviation circles for his commitment and patience in training many pilots in and around Derby and nationwide. He fought bravely against growing ill health, but was still piloting his own aircraft at the age of 82, only months before his death on Friday February 3rd. He will also be remembered with affection by his ex pupils, having served for many years as a Teacher and later Headmaster at schools in Nottingham. Most recently he devoted much of his time and effort playing cornet in the Melbourne town band.
