CraigPOWISPeacefully at rest after a short illness on March 5th 2021 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Craig aged 54 years of Bradwell. A loving son of Pauline and the late Tony, a much loved dad of the late Emma and special friend of Sue, Bob, John and Belinda. Craig will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends. Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will be held on Monday 22nd March 2021 at Bradwell Crematorium at 12.40pm. Floral tributes welcome, if preferred donations to the Apedale Mining Museum. Craig (or BUTCH to your closest mates), will never forget the first time i met you as a 16yr old trainee at Holditch, first words you ever said to me,'Ayup youth, get yer sen down, av 5'. In the 33yrs i've know you since, we have never stopped laughing, everytime we've shared a beer. Will miss you mate....... Mark (SCAT)

Craig we had many a laugh at Holditch colliery & lately Apedale Museum you will be greatly missed , but now it's time to hang up your lamp hand in your check and take the cage for your final ride to heaven & Emm RIP brother until we meet again x
