Jim QpmPOWELL(Retired Assistant Chief Constable for Warwickshire) Died at Home after a long illness on 25th May 2018, aged 81. Beloved husband of Diana, Loving father of Matthew, Edward and Isobel, a much loved grandfather "Grumpsey". The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 19th June at Oakley Wood Crematorium, North Chapel at 3pm.
