Funeral service and cremation to take place on Wednesday 4th December at 1pm in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel and afterwards at Teesside Golf Club, Acklam Road, Thornaby.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Cancer Research. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
