PHIL CREWPassed away peacefully after a short illness at Isabel Hospice on 20th August 2012. A much loved husband, dad, grandad and friend. Sadly missed by all.Funeral Service to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium, Stevenage on Monday, 3rd September at 12.30 pm. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Phil for Isabel Hospice may be sent c/o Austins Funeral Service, 12 Millbridge, Hertford, SG14 1PZ
