Vera JoanPERHAMPassed away peacefully in Yeovil District Hospital on Monday 23rd December, aged 80 years. Beloved Mother to four sons, Gary, Paul, Martin and Mark. Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many. Vera will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. The Funeral Service takes place at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 20th January at 12.40pm. Family flowers only please, donations are however, invited in memory of Vera for Dementia UK.
