Passed peacefully away at Swimbridge Nursing Home, Devon on the 12th September 2024, aged 92 years, with David, Helen and Lisa by her side. The most amazing wife, beautiful mum and dear grandma. So dearly loved and missed every single day.
The funeral service to take place at Canford Crematorium on Tuesday 15th October at 2.15pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made in Pat's memory to BRACE Alzheimer's Society or St Peters Hospice.
