GeorgePATTERSONWe sadly announce, Jeff passed away on 20th April 2022. Husband of Shirley, dad to Simon and grandad to Jemma. Jeff was a well respected and much loved friend and Jazz Musician to many. He will be sorely missed. A celebration of Jeff's life will take place at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Monday 16th May 2022 at 2.40pm. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired to Cancer Research UK. Jeff is resting in the care of Kettle Funeral Directors, Doncaster Road Scunthorpe, where enquiries can be made.

I had the pleasure of playing jazz alongside Jeff on his clarinet for a number of years, and it was always an honour and great fun to play with such a talented musician. A really lovely guy, always cheerful and telling us his jokes, he will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Played tennis with Jeff at Appleby Frodingham Tennis Club and had some good nights out with him and Shirley too.
Such a wonderful caring guy and I always enjoyed his company.
He loved his tennis and his jazz and I'm sure anything else he did.
