Christopher JamesPARTINGTONMR Christopher James Partington, of Holcombe Road. Helmshore, died on Sunday, March 1, aged 72. Chris leaves his ever loving wife Diane, children Hayley, Joanne and Kristopher, grandchildren Josh, Molly, Harry and Josef, sons-in-law Brian and Danny and close family. Chris was a well established carpet fitter and jewellery maker who supported Manchester United and was a keen antique collector and fisherman. He loved and cherished his dog Maisey and enjoyed cottage holidays with his sister Shirley and brother-in-law Mark. He also loved caravanning with his sister and brother-in-law Elaine and David. Chris enjoyed a tipple, thought the world of all his relatives and friends and he will be dearly missed by all. His fun loving and artistic personality will continue to shine through his family. The funeral was due to be held on Thursday, March 12, with service and cremation at Accrington Crematorium at 1.40pm, officiated by David Ireland.
