JosephPARKERPassed away suddenly, but peacefully on 25th July 2019, aged 77 years. Joe will be dearly missed by his wife Pat, his children and his grandchildren. The Funeral Service to take place on Monday, 12th August 2019 at Widnes Crematorium at 10.30am. Please do not feel obliged to wear all black or a shirt and tie.
