VincenzaPARASYNVincenza Parasyn (née Maffei) of Shelton Lock, Derby, passed away peacefully at Stanley House Nursing Home, Darley Abbey, Derby in the early hours of Sunday 27th October 2024, aged 91 years.
Beloved and devoted mother of Halyna and wife of the late Iwan, dearly loved mother-in-law of Mark, cherished sister of Fedele, Felicina, Gabriele, Anna and Nicola, dedicated aunty and God-mother to Michael and Patricia and marvellous aunty to Maria and Pauline and all her nieces and nephews in Italy.
Vinci will be missed immensely and remembered with huge affection and warmth by all her family, neighbours, friends and carers for her sparkling, passionate and vibrant nature and for the intense love that she had for her daughter; Halyna, and the love she shared with everyone she knew.
A Requiem Mass for Vinci will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 11 Bridge Gate, Derby DE1 3AU on Thursday 14th November 2024 at 1pm, followed by Committal at Trent Valley Crematorium, Derby Road, Aston-on-Trent, Derby DE72 2AF at 2.30pm.
