HarrietPANTINGBulman Harriet passed away peacefully on Thursday 14th January 2021 at the age of 80 at Lilian Faithfull House in Cheltenham. Her three daughters, Nicola, Rachel and Stephanie, were with her. Harriet represented the Labour party on Coventry and Norwich City Councils and Norfolk County Council. She was the widow of Rev John Panting, most recently she was a member of St Philip and St James Church, Cheltenham. Funeral is on Wednesday 10th February at midday.
