For thirty years you have stoically fought and borne this dreadful disease, and for thirty years I have tried to find a cure for you sweetheart, but alas, none were successful. Although I am sad, I have to be happy for you as you have finally had your wish granted, to be with your beloved Popsey. I know you have gone to a happier place, free from your pain and confusion. Rest in peace my darling daughter, all my love and hugs until we meet again, Mum XXX
