Patrick HughONEILL1st August 1938 - 24th April 2016 'Hughie' Brickie Hughie, 77, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday 24th April 2016. Son of the late Jack and Mary O'Neill, dear Brother to John, Terry, Suzie, Sean and the late Maureen and Ellen. Beloved Husband of Barbara, adored Father of Helen, Clair, Emma and Amy and devoted grandfather to Ewan, Dahra, Ava and Beaumont. Born and raised in Vauxhall, Hughie was a lifelong resident of Birmingham. Hughie served in the Royal Ulster Rifles between 1958 - 1962; he then became a skilled and well respected bricklayer and stonework craftsman. Hughie will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 17th May. Hughie's body will be received into church at 7.00 p.m. on Monday 16th May. Mourners welcome. No flowers, a contribution in memory of Hughie may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
