GeoffO'BRIEN(Newcastle) Geoff passed away peacefully in St Cuthberts Hospice, Durham on 22nd November 2023, aged 71 years.
Beloved partner to Anita and special dad, who absolutely adored his four girls. Geoff will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
A respected academic and proud Public Servant serving as Lord Mayor of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2011.
Please meet for a celebration of Geoff's life at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Wednesday 6th December at 1.30pm.
Everyone welcome afterwards to The Brandling Arms, Gosforth High Street.
Donations to St Cuthberts Hospice, Durham, if desired, in lieu of flowers, there will be a donation box at the service.
