Dearly Loved Husband of Lorraine,
Father & Grandfather

KWAME will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts.

A Service to celebrate Kwame’s life will take place on Friday 18th October 2024
at Rainsbrook Crematorium, Avon Chapel
at 11:00am

No flowers accepted, If you wish to honour Kwame's memory, please donate to the RJAH Charity, which provided essential care and played a vital role to Kwame’s recovery at the Midlands Centre for Spinal Injuries.
