PeterMURRAYof Helmshore, passed away at Royal Blackburn on December 3rd, aged 86.
Much loved husband of 61 years to Mary, father of James and Chris, father-in-law to Sandra and a loving grandad to Tom, Jack, Lauren, Ben, Lewis and Alfie and great grandad to two grandchildren, Scarlett and Isla. He also leaves his two brothers and a sister-in-law.
He spent most of his working life as a joiner before retiring early due to bad health. Peter had a love for cricket, trains and spending time with his family.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 18th at 10am, St Mary’s, Haslingden then Accrington Crematorium.
Family would like to offer thanks to the staff on B4 at the hospital for their care and support.
