PhillipMULLIGANPassed away at home aged 70, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband to Margaret. Loving Dad, Granddad and Great Grandfather Phil will never be forgotten and dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Funeral Service and Committal to be held on Wednesday 20th December 2023 3.30pm at St Helen's Crematorium, Rainford Road, St Helen's WA10 6DF Family flowers only please.
