Simon my youngest son, you were my 2lb 1ounce baby born 8th November 1975, which was 7 weeks early you were allowed home on Christmas eve at 7pm. You fought so hard for that 7 weeks but what a Christmas present 🎁 for us you were finally able to meet your 2 older brothers Patrick and Kevin. Because there was 5 and 7 years between you all the hours they were in school meant we had our special time together. When you were 4 you started nursery in St Elizabeth's. When you were 8 you got run over outside the school gates and you ended up in hospital for 3 weeks another battle won. Role on and you met Ellie and not long after along came our Jessica the best ever gift to you both, Pat, our dad Henry and myself. Unfortunately so shortly after you married you got your terrible diagnosis of cancer and although Kevin donated your bone marrow transplant it started failing after two and a half years. You then had a umbilical transplant and alas this didn't work so six and a half years from diagnosis you passed away on 13th June 2023. Leaving all of us broken-hearted. I miss you so much and have loved you since the day I first found out that I was pregnant . Your Dad passed away two and a half years ago so he has been waiting for you with open arms with all yours and Ellies dog ready and waiting for you to continue your walks that you all had together. Missing you both beyond words.
Mum (Anne) xxx
