Dearest John.. And everyone who knew this most beautiful thoughtful kind & caring wonderful human being.
News of Linda's passing descended on us just this very evening at our pub in Camp Co. Kerry Ireland. We have missed your visits for many years from Camp & Castlegregory and cant believe you wont return now Linda. Perhaps you will John..Please do!! How ye spoiled our little girl Tina from when she was born 19 years ago +!!! I always thought we might eventually get to visit ye at Isle of Bute.. but twasnt meant to be.. Linda reunited with your Mom Cath .. We will cherish the beautiful memories of beautiful times & wonderful days of fireside chats & Celtic glory ye shared with us.
Ye were like our own here... well liked & truly loved!!
Sleep in peace dear Linda xx

What an absolute dream of a teacher. Our Spring Hill netballers loved playing Linda’s talented teams.
Because of Miss Middleton’s influence the girls were always so friendly and welcoming, and humble in their inevitable wins.
Linda was joy to be with. So glad she got to enjoy happy retirement days in her home country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I'll always remember you as the kindest lady, a wonderful teacher, my first primary school teacher, then again before we left for high school, and then a warm and caring friend, especially in the last couple of years. God bless you for all eternity xxxx
