Perfect mam of Jon and Liz, a mazing nanna of Becky, Zack and Kara and also a much loved member of the community of Bowesfield. Connie shall be deeply and sorely missed by all.
Service to take place on Tuesday May 6th in St Peter's Church, Yarm Road, Stockton at 12.00noon followed by cremation in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 1.00pm. Would friends please meet at the Church.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to The MS Society. A collection box shall be available after the service. Would friends please wear a splash of purple in honour of Connie's memory.
