BrianMCELHINNEYPassed away on 28th November 2024 peacefully in hospital surrounded by his family, following a short illness.

Loving Husband of Marie, devoted Dad to Brian, Matthew, Gerrard and Andrew. Loving Grandad to Millie, Bobby, Darcie, Lyla, Anna, Neve, Maggie, Lennie and Evie (who is with God in Heaven). Brother to Margaret, Jim and John, also a Father-in-Law, Brother-in-Law, Uncle, Nephew and Cousin.

Brian was our loving, dependable rock and will be missed by all his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at St Agnes' Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday 18th December 2024 at 12.30 pm followed by Cremation at St Helen's Crematorium at 2 pm.

Family flowers only please.

Brian will be resting at Bannon's Furneral Home.

Will miss our Friday nights in the cons playing snooker (badly) and putting the world to rights never a bad word to say about anyone you were and always will be a true gent rest in peace my friend x

Brian was a true gent. Always spoke of his family he was a proud man.
We had a laugh and he educated me so much with our chats.
Keep having a sticky lips Brian and I will keep buying it for the cons in your honour.

I will miss him so much.

One of the best. Always had time to talk to anyone and everyone and always had a story to tell you. Will be missed around the cons. Will raise a sticky lips to a great man. RIP Bri. Hope you are having a drink with mum and telling her all the gossip xxx

To my dear cousin Brian .. can’t believe u won’t be on the phone saying “did I wake u up “ . Always winding me up but looking out for me too . U and Marie have been a massive support to me the last few years and you know I appreciated it. U have raised an amazing family and made a fantastic team with the love of ur life Marie . ❤️ hope dad gets the piano out and the drambuie is flowing freely.. maybe have a word whilst ur up there so Everton can score some goals 😂Fly high cous .. does the ring doorbell work up there .
