Michael, MartinMATHEWSof Swadlincote, passed away peacefully at Jason Hylton Nursing Home on 5th March, aged 84 years.
Husband to the late Patricia, loving father to Gill, Carol, Wendy and Tracey, a devoted brother, uncle, father in law, grandad, great grandad and friend to many will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.
Funeral Tuesday 8th April, Bretby Crematorium at 10.45am in the Willow Room.
Donations to "Dementia Uk" in Micks memory will be gratefully received and may made at the service.
