SamanthaMARTINPassed away peacefully at Hardwick View Care Home on 3rd March 2025, aged 51 years.

Beloved daughter of Joan, and David (deceased), and younger sister to Tracy.

Sam will remain forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family.

Funeral Service will be held at The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room 2, 205 Merafield Rd, Plymouth PL7 1UQ, on 28th March 2025 at 1.30pm. All are welcome to attend.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, can made using the GoFundMe donation page set up by the Family, with proceeds going to Hardwick View Care Home to help them continue enriching lives by providing memorable days for their residents, as they did with Sam.
