Rita Janet DorisMANNINGSeaton Burn. Rita passed away peacefully on 13th February aged 91 years. Devoted Wife of the Late Raymond, much loved Mam of Linda, Alan and the Late Mark, loving Mother-In-Law of Alison, devoted Grandma of Scott, Sarah, Kenny and Nicola and a Great Grandma of Kyle, Polly and Elsie. Rita will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends please meet for service at The West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Friday 10th March at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Dementia UK. All enquiries to H. Duckworth Funeral Directors, Wideopen. Tel: 0191 236 4444.

I was one of castrians carers who had the pleasure of looking after Rita she was a great character and I still talk about how we used to sing songs to get her to take her tablets. I hope Yr dancing and singing up there Rita with Frank sinatra and el divo . Rest easy
