Agnes ReidMACMILLANNessie died peacefully at Claremont House, Beverley on Tuesday 18th March 2025 aged 96.
Much loved mother of Andrew and Jenny, in laws Jen and Will, loving grandmother to Emma and Sarah in Australia. Dearest sister to Isabelle and Pat in Canada, Aunt to Chloe, Susan and Martin. Preceded in death by Nessie’s beloved husband Dr Andrew Macmillan.
Nessie was a much admired and respected member of Beverley Golf Club, where she proudly served as Lady Captain in 1999.
Funeral service to be held at St Mary’s Church, Beverley on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 12 noon followed by committal at The Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby.
Family flowers only. Donations much appreciated for Leukaemia Research, a charity close to Nessie’s heart.
