I have so many happy memories of Innes from his time at the George Hotel.
The Saturday night spoofing. The alsations and the soda syphons. The New Year's day breakfasts and many other fun nights.
When Innes and his mother were at the helm the George was a proper Hotel.
My thought are with Sally and all of the family
