A loved and devoted grandmother to Lily, Esmee and Oliver. Service and cremation to take place at Newcastle West Road Crematorium on Monday 17th February at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to Team Oliver Cancer Support Fund for Children c/o Dodds of Hexham NE46 2EW.

There are no words to explain what my Mum gave to me as I was growing up. There just isn’t. I miss her every single day, but I also try to smile every time I cook something which is pretty much every single day. She gave me every single tool to face life with honesty, dignity, empathy and kindness. Legend is a word that is used far too often these days, but that is the only word suitable for her ❤️.
