PhilomenaLEEPeacefully in Willowburn Hospice on 18th October, 2021 aged 89 years. Phil (nee McGurk), loving Wife of the late Jimmy, much loved Mam of Bernadette, Patricia, Eileen, Susan, Joseph, Jane and Sarah. Loving Grandma to all of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and loving Sister and Aunty. Will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Thanks to all staff at Willowburn Hospice for their outstanding care and support and also to Macmillan Palliative Care Team at University Hospital North Durham and a special thank you to Mam's GP Dr Clarke. A Requiem Mass will be held at St Patrick's RC Church, Consett on Friday 19th November, 2021 at 1pm followed by cremation at Mountsett Crematorium. Family flowers only.
