Philip Chuan FokLEEIt is with sadness that we announce the passing of Philip on Thursday 23rd September, in Barnet Hospital, aged 74 years. Beloved partner to Linda (recently deceased), father to Monica, Marcus and Daniel, grandfather to Ella, Sam, Poppy and Nelson, ex-husband to Eileen, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Philip is remembered for his kindness and support and will be deeply missed. Philip’s funeral service will take place on Wednesday 20th October at 11.00am at Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium, Holders Hill Road, London, NW7 1NB. By polite request, immediate family flowers only please but donations if so desired would be gratefully received by Parkinsons UK, which was close to Philip’s heart.
