Passed away peacefully on 3rd February 2025, aged 64 years.
The family would like to thank all of the Dr's and Nurses from UHCW on ward 12, critical care unit that cared for Penelope.
Funeral service will take place at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel on Wednesday 12th March at 1:30pm
