RobertLAKIERab passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 28th September 2023, a devoted partner to Gill, a loving father to Dana and Bobby, a much loved stepfather to Richard, Michelle, Paul and Hannah. An adoring grandfather to Scott, Bailey, Jd, Richie, Paul, Norrie and the late Ava. A dear brother to Carol, Jenny and the late Norman and a good friend to many. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him and the community, in which he was a well known and much respected member. A celebration of Rab's life will take place in St. Matthews Church on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 2pm, to which all relatives and friends are welcome to attend. Interment thereafter at Wellshill Cemetery at 3pm. If so desired, a collection may be given at the church in aid of one of Rab's favourite charities, Rachel House Childrens Hospice.
