You were a true gent Vic, and the most loving and supportive husband to Sue, dad and grandad. Plympton won’t seem the same without you. From Wolrige Way, to Whitsands to Chaddy Miners, you were the centre of our childhoods since the 1970s and we will miss you. Now reunited with loved ones in heaven. Tracey, Jonny and Maggie (Kingdom) xxxx

(1965) 59 years ago, was the first time I met Vic. I was the new Clarks 15 year old repair boy, who was completely overwhelmed with the world of work.
Vic was tasked to help me learn the trade of a repair boy.
Vic with his calming approach helped me tremendously and he was one of the main men that helped me settle into work at Clark’s
Thanks Vic, I always appreciated and remembered your kindness.
Over the next 17 years we become good friends.
Since I left Clarks in 1983 we have caught up with each other several times, we talked about those days at Clarks with fondest memories.
Sorry I cannot be with you on the 19th but I will be there in spirit.
Thinking of all family and friends.
RIP Vic
Dan Sullivan.
